3+ years of experience in recruiting in corporate environment
Prior experience in recruiting candidates in both IT and non-IT areas
Exceptional customer service orientation and client relationship/support skills
Ability to work on various requisitions at any given time
Must be self motivated and must have desire to deliver the best
